🥗 Steps To Prepare

Ingredients:

  • Pitaara Premix
  • 1 1/2 cups of water
  • Ghee or oil
  • 400 gm boiled and sautéed baby potatoes
  • Salt (to taste)

Instructions:

  1. Mix the Pitaara Premix with 1 1/2 cups of water and set aside.
  2. Heat ghee or oil in a saucepan over medium flame. Once hot, add the Pitaara Premix mixture.
  3. Cover and cook the mixture on low flame for 4-5 minutes.
  4. Add 400 gm boiled and sautéed baby potatoes. Based on the thickness of the gravy and your preference, add some water. Taste and add salt if needed.
  5. Cook for another 5-6 minutes, and your Pitaara Premix gravy is ready!

Tip: For a richer gravy, add some fresh cream and garnish with fresh coriander.
