🥗 Steps To Prepare

Ingredients:

  • 2 tbsp ghee
  • Rajma Masala premix
  • 6 cups of water

Instructions:

  1. Heat 2 tbsp ghee in a pressure cooker.
  2. Add Rajma Masala premix with 6 cups of water and mix well. Close the pressure cooker.
  3. Cook for 40-50 minutes on medium flame.
  4. Cook for another 5-6 minutes with the lid open. Your Pitaara Rajma is ready!

Tip: To add richness, garnish with onion rings, split green chili, and fresh coriander.
