Ingredients:

  • 2 tbsp ghee
  • Dal Tadka premix
  • 4 cups of water

Instructions:

  1. Heat 2 tbsp ghee in a pressure cooker.
  2. Add Dal Tadka premix with 4 cups of water and mix well. Close the pressure cooker.
  3. Cook for 8-10 minutes over medium flame.
  4. Your Pitaara Dal Tadka is ready!

Tip: To add additional tadka, heat 1 tbsp of ghee, add Kashmiri red chili powder, and use this to garnish along with coriander.
