🥗 Steps To Prepare

Ingredients:

  • 2 tbsp ghee
  • Dal Makhani premix
  • 6 cups of water

Instructions:

  1. Heat 2 tbsp ghee in a pressure cooker.
  2. Add Dal Makhani premix with 6 cups of water and mix well. Close the pressure cooker.
  3. Cook for 40-50 minutes on medium flame.
  4. Cook for another 5-6 minutes with the lid open. Your Pitaara Dal Makhani is ready!

Tip: For added richness, garnish with fresh cream and fresh coriander.

    Ingredients

    Preparation Instructions

    3. Cover and cook on low flame for 4-5 minutes.
    4. Add 400g boiled and sautéed baby potatoes. Adjust thickness with water to your preference, and add salt if needed.
    5. Cook for an additional 5-6 minutes. Your Chettinad Gravy is ready!
