🥗 Steps To Prepare

Ingredients:

  • Pitaara Premix
  • 1 1/2 cups of water
  • Ghee or oil
  • 400 gm corn and capsicum (and/or vegetables of choice)
  • Salt (to taste)

Instructions:

  1. Mix the Pitaara Premix with 1 1/2 cups of water and set aside.
  2. Heat ghee or oil in a saucepan over medium flame. Once hot, add the Pitaara Premix mixture.
  3. Cover and cook the mixture on low flame for 4-5 minutes.
  4. Add 400 gm corn and capsicum (and/or vegetables of choice). Based on the thickness of the gravy and your preference, add some water. Taste and add salt if needed.
  5. Cook for another 5-6 minutes, and your Pitaara Premix gravy is ready!

Tip: For a richer gravy, add some fresh cream and garnish with fresh coriander.
