🥗 Steps To Prepare
Ingredients:
- Pitaara Premix
- 1 1/2 cups of water
- Ghee or oil
- 400 gm fresh paneer (and/or vegetables of choice)
- Salt (to taste)
Instructions:
- Mix the Pitaara Premix with 1 1/2 cups of water and set aside.
- Heat ghee or oil in a saucepan over medium flame. Once hot, add the Pitaara Premix mixture.
- Cover and cook the mixture on low flame for 4-5 minutes.
- Add 400 gm fresh paneer (and/or vegetables of choice). Based on the thickness of the gravy and your preference, add some water. Taste and add salt if needed.
- Cook for another 5-6 minutes, and your Pitaara Premix gravy is ready!
Tip: For a richer gravy, add some fresh cream and garnish with fresh coriander.
